Hooray no more fever!!!
Well I'm finally on the mend, my fever finally broke yesterday evening and I feel ten times better though not 100%. Right now all I have is a slight cough which is giving me a slight sore throat and a nose that's some times blocked, some times runny and some times just fine lol. The fever was definately the thing that was sapping me of my energy and I'm so happy that's it's finally gone especially seeing as I'm taking the afternoon off today hehehe.
Today is payday and we also got a 1 mth bonus (it's part of our year end bonus but we normally get 1 month in advance). Going to go and renew my passport cos it's due to expire in Dec 2006 and we're supposed to be going for a firm trip sometime in August/September - we're heading to Bangkok again - so need to have it renewed. I could of sent the application in either via the internet or via post but I just feel a lot safer with the immigration people doing the forms and photos lol plus I'll know for sure that they've received my application.
I'm also looking to get a new digicam (my old one has finally succumbed...sometimes the lens comes out sometimes it does, when it does work the pics will all be out of focus). Saw a nice Samsung one that's 5 mega pixels with a 2.5" lcd screen going for only S$299 (usually S$349) and comes with some freebies like two 256 mb memory cards, tripod (not that I'll use that) and a bunch of other stuff. I've looked at some other cameras but this seems to be the one with the best deal. Hopefully I'll be able to get this afternoon, will let you know later how my afternoon went. Hehehe only 1 1/2 hrs before I knock off hehehehehe

These are the sounds I've been make of late...why? Cos I've got the stupid flu!!!. Started out with a slight sore throat and a slight loss of voice...now it's a slight fever, sneezing, sniffling, coughing and every annoying thing associated with the flu! I really truely hate the flu cos it always seems to put be in a state of fuzziness...brain goes fuzzy, hearing goes a bit fuzzy too and eyes have a tendency of being water...oh and my poor nose which is starting to hurt from all the rubbing and blowing my nose.
Well back to work and sneezing, coughing, clearing my throat, rubbing my nose, sneezing, coughing, clearing my throat, rubbing my nose, sneezing, coughing, clearing my throat, rubbing my nose...well you get the idea

Yup my voice decided to take a short vacation yesterday...was croaking away in the office or rather had my "phone sex" voice at the office lol. Luckily for me my boss was on leave so I didn't have to speak much and thankfully it's like 90% back now. Must be all those honey and lemon lozenges I had yesterday lol.
Throat's still a little sore and there's a slight cough but nothing to major. I'm blaming the weather for this sudden bout of illness because one minute it's pouring down with rain the next it's really hot and sunny. It doesn't help that the AC in the office is freezing too...really considering bringing my winter coat to the office!
OK gotta get back to work now.

Blog Neglect...
Wonder if I can get charged for blog neglect...there is no real excuse except that I tend to me watching tv more than doing stuff on my pc even though I now have internet access at home...really ought to do something about this hahahaha...actually I've been happily downloading dramas (be it Korean, Japanese or Taiwanese) from different sites...shall do another post for a few of the links.
Need to start working on a new layout for this blog...probably something on the "lighter" side....anyways back to work I go
